Amber Cato has been a great personal trainer for me. She is very aware of my body's needs, and works to help me achieve my goals. Amber is very friendly, and keeps me motivated to continue moving forward. She uses different techniques to give me both the weight training and cardiovascular exercise that I require. The workouts are kept interesting by her use of a variety of routines, and not always keeping them the same. She is flexible in working with your schedule as well. I highly recommend her to help you get into shape as well!
